1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tbajee ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tbajee website located at https://tbajee.vu and all associated services, games, features, and promotional offers (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through tbajee, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and tbajee. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

tbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the tbajee platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. tbajee operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Platform;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been excluded from tbajee or self-excluded from the Platform under any responsible gaming arrangement.

tbajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain a single tbajee account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tbajee uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at the Company's sole discretion.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. You must promptly notify tbajee of any changes to your registered personal details by contacting [email protected]. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbajee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tbajee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All tbajee accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and wager settlements are all processed in BDT. tbajee does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

tbajee is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, the Company operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your full name and residential address, dated within the past three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits, confirming that the registered name matches the account holder.

tbajee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for the purpose of ongoing due diligence. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days of the request may result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

All KYC documents submitted to tbajee are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for verification and compliance purposes.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

tbajee supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at the Company's discretion. Players will be notified of any changes to available payment methods via the Platform.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on tbajee is ৳300 BDT. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a return processing delay. tbajee does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within sixty (60) minutes of approval, subject to KYC verification being completed and no outstanding compliance review being in progress. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

5.4 Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit or a disputed transaction, players should contact [email protected] with full transaction reference details. tbajee will investigate and respond within two (2) business days. The Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network interruptions outside tbajee's direct control.

5.5 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on tbajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). tbajee does not perform currency conversion. Players depositing via local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) will send and receive BDT amounts directly with no conversion applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on tbajee are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 200% on their initial deposit. The exact bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet restriction, and expiry period are detailed on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. These details form part of the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the tbajee platform unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted;
• A maximum bet limit applies when playing with an active bonus. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed on the bonus terms page;
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements — is prohibited;
• tbajee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse of the promotional system is detected;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6.3 Promotional Changes

tbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively alter the terms of a bonus already credited to a player's account.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tbajee platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and fair.

tbajee acts as an intermediary between the player and the game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server disconnections, display errors, or interrupted game rounds — tbajee will investigate using server-side logs. The outcome recorded on the tbajee server at the time of the malfunction shall be considered the authoritative result. tbajee accepts no liability for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules, RTP information, and paytable details are accessible within each game interface. tbajee accepts no responsibility for wagers placed by players who have not reviewed the applicable game rules.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbajee platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, permanently closed. Balances, bonuses, and winnings associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited in their entirety.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with Platform games or services;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system feature to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with sports betting markets on tbajee;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform for any other financial crime;
• Providing false identity documents during KYC or attempting to circumvent the identity verification process;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's tbajee account without authorisation;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tbajee staff or other players via any support or communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

tbajee is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all tbajee account holders and can be activated directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your tbajee account;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a defined period of continuous gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tbajee Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and database compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tbajee or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the tbajee Platform without the express prior written consent of tbajee or the relevant rights holder.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

tbajee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account on tbajee, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tbajee will never sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners is limited to what is strictly necessary for the performance of services on the Platform and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbajee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond tbajee's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors or omissions in game content supplied by third-party providers;
• Actions taken by tbajee in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture following a confirmed breach.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tbajee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. tbajee's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tbajee account in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant incident.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

tbajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their tbajee account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14. Amendments to These Terms

tbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at https://tbajee.vu/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material in nature, tbajee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the tbajee Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
